Trekking in the woods to discover the Hermitage of San Valentino

An alpine guide will accompany you on a pleasant walk through the woods of the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park: you will find yourself immersed in a splendid natural environment, where you can spend a few hours relaxing and listening to yourself, helped by the silence and scents of nature.

You will discover how in this context of light and shade, of calm and peace, it can be easier for you to hear your thoughts emerge and to come to a solution to your inner problems or conflicts.

This hiking experience is suitable for everyone, whether small groups, families or couples looking for direct contact with the area, provided they are willing to allow themselves to be surrounded by the natural environment.

The hermitage is a spectacular little church built into the rock. To reach it, you will face a total height difference of about 300 metres, the last 50 metres of which are downhill, followed by another 50 metres uphill on a steep path with handrails. You return along the same path.

What to bring: technical sports clothing, rucksack with at least one litre of water, snacks, hiking shoes or trainers with treaded soles (no flat shoes, no sandals, slippers or flip-flops). Sweatshirt and/or windbreaker depending on the climate. Sunglasses and hat with visor optional but recommended.

Suitable for those practising the activity for the first time or wishing to improve the basic skills they already have.
