Description
A great naturalistic and sporting adventure in Val di Ledro, very popular because it can ensure great fun and because it is suitable for most people: strong emotions with reduced physical and psychological effort. You can dive into hanging lakes, slide through water on rocks smoothed by time and descend waterfalls by rope.
The Rio Nero is a beautiful mid-valley stream (starting altitude about 750 metres) facing north-west: an ideal setting for hot days. The duration of the walk in the water is about two hours.
There are waterfalls and jumps in which it is possible to dive or descend with the help of a rope. It is an activity that involves all the senses and helps you feel your own willpower and the support of the group.
