Description
Immersed in the greenery of the Alto Garda Park, this hut with stables offers a dinner in an alpine pasture to experience the genuine flavours of Brescian cuisine, surrounded by the wild nature of the lake hinterland.
The experience begins in the late afternoon, travelling by off-road vehicle for about an hour along some forest tracks that will lead you to the mountain pasture: an opportunity to admire the rich biodiversity of this area and enjoy unexpected landscapes, the result of the special synergy between lake and mountain.
Once at the hut, you can opt for a walk on your own along a marked path, immersing yourself in the woods, discovering the valley, or for a moment of relaxation while waiting for dinner, savouring a good aperitif at the hut's outdoor area, set up with wooden tables and comfortable seating, in the silence and peace of nature.
Even the dinner, served in a cosy and familiar atmosphere, will speak of the territory: the menu, in balance between tradition and creativity, is built from local products, respecting their seasonality, and with a marked orientation towards organic raw materials. A convivial moment, accompanied by wines from the Brescia and Verona area of Lake Garda, which will continue until late in the evening, when the return trip by jeep is scheduled, which may reserve you unexpected encounters with the wildlife of the valley.
The unspoilt forests will be the magical setting for an evocative evening, perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and savour the ancient pleasure of living in connection with nature.
