In this cooking class, you will experience Italian cuisine in all its sublime harmony of aromas, flavours, and colours. An energetic chef, passionate about recipes and fine wine, will welcome you into her home—a charming and cosy attic apartment in the historic centre of Salò, just steps away from Lake Garda. From there, you can enjoy stunning views of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and the rooftops of the village’s historic buildings.

After a small welcome aperitif, you’ll take part in a social cooking session, focused on simple recipes such as handmade pasta and other traditional dishes from the region, carefully selected to help you savour the beauty of Italian cuisine.

You will prepare a first course, such as tortelli, stuffed agnolini, or gnocchi, as well as a dessert—an incredible tiramisù. You’ll be the creators of the menu chosen by our chef. Once the cooking is done, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations together at a beautifully set table, sharing a delightful meal. This will be a moment of warm conviviality, where the recipes handed down through generations are accompanied by engaging and enjoyable time in the kitchen.

You’ll share with the other participants the joy of learning recipes that highlight the flavours of the local area. Guided by the chef’s infectious enthusiasm, you’ll embark on a hands-on experience filled with taste and creativity.
