The journey begins with three hours dedicated to the complete refreshment of the body and mind: steam bath, sauna, wellness waterfalls, rural spring, and hot tub will envelop you in a rejuvenating ritual inspired by the ancient Roman concept of "Salus per Aquam." The indoor SPA extends into the outdoor park with an open-air pool and heated tub among centuries-old plants, in the shade of lime trees, immersed in the fragrances of wild plants.

After the SPA experience, the journey continues with lunch or dinner that highlights local excellence. Our menu revisits the typical dishes of Valtenesi, with a particular focus on simple and genuine ingredients: garden vegetables, local dairy products, and baked goods. The culinary adventure begins with a wine tasting in the winery's wine cellar, followed by a carefully selected array of appetizers combining the specialties of the bakery corner with delights from the garden and local cheeses.

The first courses, fresh and carefully prepared, gently introduce the bold flavors of the second courses: savory meat dishes accompanied by unique side dishes, such as black corn polenta (Spinoso). The journey concludes with artisan desserts, for a final note of pleasure.

Each ingredient is carefully selected from the best local raw materials, many of which come directly from our farm: seasonal vegetables, extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves, fresh eggs, and homemade jams made with passion.

To ensure you have a complete relaxation and wellness experience, we invite you to follow a few guidelines during your stay in our SPA:

• swimsuit. Our SPA is traditional, and therefore wearing a swimsuit is prohibited in the sauna and steam room. In the other areas, guests are free to choose whether or not to wear a swimsuit.

• mobile phone. Out of respect for other visitors and to maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, serenity, and privacy, the use of mobile phones inside the SPA is not allowed.
