SPA and aperitif at a wine resort on Lake Garda

Treat yourself to a pure wellness experience that combines the relaxation of our SPA with a culinary journey through the authentic flavors of Valtenesi, all within an exclusive wine resort on Lake Garda.

The experience begins with three hours entirely dedicated to the restoration of body and mind: Turkish bath, sauna, wellness waterfalls, rural spring, and hot tub will embrace you in a regenerating ritual inspired by the ancient Roman concept of 'Salus per Aquam'. The indoor SPA extends into the outdoor park with an open-air pool and heated tub surrounded by centuries-old trees, under the shade of linden trees, immersed in the fragrances of wild herbs.

After the SPA journey, the experience continues with a tasting of a glass of fine wine from our cellar, accompanied by our own olive oil served on bread. A unique experience celebrating wellness and authentic flavor, in an environment inspired by our roots and the concept of 'rural wellbeing'—perfect for a couple seeking a shared moment of relaxation or, why not, to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette party.

How does the activity unfold in the wellness cloister and the cellar?

• Can you follow the wellness path if you've just eaten or consumed alcohol?
  No, for your health we strongly advise against entering the SPA after consuming food or alcoholic beverages. That’s why the tasting will be offered at the end of the wellness journey.

• Can part of the time dedicated to the wellness path be spent outside the SPA?
  The experience includes both the SPA path, in rooms dedicated to various treatments, and access to the outdoor park. Even during the colder seasons, you’ll be able to enjoy all the spaces available, both inside and outside the cloister.

• Is the aperitif served right after the wellness path in the SPA?
  After the three hours of relaxation, you’ll be able to use the changing room for a shower and change of clothes, and then access the tasting room in the cellar where the philosophy of the wine resort will be explained through its products.

You will be provided with a bathrobe, slippers, a large towel, and a bag.

To ensure you enjoy a complete experience of relaxation and well-being, we kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines during your stay in our SPA:

• Swimsuit. Ours is a traditional SPA, therefore wearing a swimsuit is not allowed in the sauna and steam bath. In all other areas, each guest is free to choose whether or not to wear a swimsuit.

• Mobile phone. Out of respect for other guests and to maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, serenity, and privacy, the use of mobile phones inside the SPA is not permitted.
