Here, in one of the intimate stone rooms, part of the legacy of the ancient Casa Fraccaroli winery, or on the charming terrace overlooking the main square, your journey into the most authentic Valpolicella begins: you’ll taste four prestigious wines from our Platinum collection, each thoughtfully paired with local culinary specialties.

Your tasting begins with Valpolicella Ripasso DOC served with pork loin aged in Amarone, followed by Valpolicella Classico paired with Monte Veronese cheese aged with cherry and local mustard. The third glass is a powerful Amarone DOCG, elevated by a Monte Veronese Riserva aged 60 months, while the grand finale is a sweet Recioto DOCG accompanied by sbrisolona, a typical Veronese dessert.

Each bottle tells a story of art, thanks to labels inspired by the works of sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, who was born in Casa Fraccaroli. After the tasting, you’re welcome to relax, enjoy the company, or dive into the magic of the village for a truly local evening.
