Description
This outing is designed for biking enthusiasts in search of a physical and mental workout along with pure adrenaline. Between climbs with significant differences in altitude and challenging descents, the route will allow you to fully experience the mountain landscape of Alto Garda, without neglecting its history and legacies.
It starts from Riva, climbs the famous Ponale panoramic road and reaches Lake Ledro via an exciting route. After an initial short stop, you will set off again by climbing up an old military road to Bocca dei fortini and Passo Rocchetta.
The lunch break will take place at the famous rifugio degli Alpini, which still houses a famous cannon from World War II. After lunch, you will tackle the Tremalzo single trail, characterised by some more challenging technical passages, rewarded by a well-deserved stop at Punta Larici from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
The final part of the hike will take you back to the starting point in Riva del Garda.
