Description
This outing is designed for biking enthusiasts in search of a workout, both physical and mental, along with pure adrenaline. Between climbs characterised by significant altitude differences and challenging descents, the route will allow you to fully experience the mountain landscape of the Upper Garda, without neglecting its history and legacies.
This bike tour starts in Torbole and passes through the town of Riva del Garda, which is famous for its long pedestrian path along the lake. You will leave the flat terrain and set off along an easy ascent on a dirt road, then pass through several characteristic villages of the early hinterland.
You will stop for lunch at Capanna Grassi, a magical place nestled in the mountains. After this rejuvenating break, you will be ready to tackle the Pinza trail, a natural rollercoaster with views of Lake Garda.
Just time for one last stop at the scenic bastion and you will continue your descent towards the last stage of the tour, Riva del Garda, to finally return to the Torbole meeting point.
