San Felice walking tour with visit and tasting in historic cellar

A walking itinerary among the hills of San Felice to be covered slowly, accompanied by a private guide and expert sommelier, immersed in a timeless landscape. An exclusive combination of walking, nature and tasting of organic products.

Immersed in the nature of the Valtenesi, not far from the Gulf of Salò, this route starts in the village of Cisano, with its characteristic alleys and old stone houses, and winds along a path through olive groves. It then gently descends through wild meadows, vineyards and white roads leading to vantage points from which to admire Lake Garda in all its intense blue.

The journey then continues through the historic streets of Portese to a farm of noble origins, whose centuries-old identity is brought to life in the owner-winemaker's tale.

In this wine cellar of ancient charm, renowned in the area as excellence in the production of organic wine, you will be offered a tasting of three selected Valtenesi wines, two rosé wines and one red, in which the indigenous Groppello grape variety prevails, followed by a tasting of home-produced EVO oil, along with other local specialities such as a platter of salami and finger food.

The tasting will take place in the courtyard of the winery, surrounded by ancient walls and a flower garden: you will thus have a unique sensory experience, in which you will enjoy the luxury of a suspended time.

Hiking shoes with lugged soles and at least 500ml of water are recommended. During the summer season, sunglasses, a hat and sun cream are also strongly advised.

Easy, suitable for everyone. This circular route takes place on a cycle path, cart track and on a road for a short stretch, for a total length of about 8 km with a difference in altitude of only 100 metres.
