The cooking class takes place in a beautiful estate surrounded by greenery. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a delightful aperitif under the outdoor porch (in case of rain, it will be held in the indoor tasting room). You will then begin cooking a menu of traditional Italian dishes, starting with the classic tiramisu and continuing with homemade tagliatelle with vegetable ragout or, optionally, mixed with meat.

After the cooking class you will be able to taste your dishes, complemented by an appetiser of vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, sharing them with the other participants during lunch. Everything will be accompanied by 4 different wines produced in the estate's wine cellar.

At the end of the experience, you will receive a bottle of wine from the different types tasted during lunch as a souvenir of the day.

  The different wine labels offered for tasting depend on the winery's availability and the success of the vintage. However, you will be served four different labels.
