Description
Marina is a lover of traditional cuisine, an expert in local recipes and at the same time an incomparable storyteller of stories and flavours, with a rare capacity for getting everyone involved.
The cooking lesson will take place in an intimate, family setting, in the kitchen of a historic country house, situated among the vineyards of the moraine hills, a few kilometres from the lake. Here you will be greeted with a welcome aperitif consisting of fresh produce and wine from Lake Garda.
An informal and convivial situation in which Marina will teach you, step by step, how to prepare pizza dough: once finished, you will set it aside to take it away with you when the lesson is over. But then, you will top a pizza base that Marina has already prepared and allowed to rise slowly for 48 hours: you will use fresh local ingredients chosen to suit your tastes. All you will then have to do is put it in the oven and enjoy the fragrant aroma that will fill the dining room during baking.
The experience will end amidst wine tastings, anecdotes and stories, tasting the various types of pizza you have prepared. You will thus experience in company a magical moment in which to delight your palate and relive the age-old ritual of sharing food.

Clothing and gear and other notes
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and keep your hair tied back for easy cooking. All tools and an apron will be provided on site.
