Walk and tasting of local products in the southern hinterland of Lake Garda

Immerse yourself with us in nature, among hills, fields of essences, olive groves and vineyards: these are our lands, the ones we care for and cultivate every day with love. Our farm is located at the most panoramic point of the morainic hills, in the southern hinterland of Lake Garda, just a few minutes from two of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Castellaro Lagusello and Borghetto.

In this open-air experience you will spend a few hours in a natural and agricultural setting and discover the rituals of country life. On a pleasant 40-minute walk through headlands and cultivated fields, you will learn about small-scale local agricultural production aimed at a simple and healthy lifestyle.

The guide will tell you about the cultivation of the vineyards, which are used in the production of natural wines, and reveal some interesting facts about officinal and aromatic herbs, both cultivated and wild. We will visit the olive grove from which we obtain the Garda PDO oil, talk to you about the world of bees and the cultivation of ancient grains.

In the second part of the experience, you will be able to savour the fruits of our land and labour, through guided tastings of natural wines, herbal drinks, sauces and sweet compotes, amidst wooden tables and scented trees, in front of the show room with a view of the countryside.

Inside the small inn used as a tasting room, we will show you some recipes, with simple but quality ingredients and combinations, that you can make with our products. An experience for families and groups of friends who wish to spend time amidst simplicity and ancient traditions.
