Walk with herbalist to discover the medicinal herbs of Lake Garda

Discover with us the medicinal herbs of the Italian tradition: an expert herbalist will explain their properties and uses handed down from generation to generation in the oldest farming families. Immersed in the splendid natural landscape of the Morainic hills, not far from Castellaro Lagusello and Borghetto sul Mincio, two of the most beautiful villages in Italy, your guide will accompany you on a 2-hour herbalist walk, amidst the hillsides and fields of medicinal herbs.

Amidst paths and white lanes, you will walk a circular route, starting from a small farm. On the way back from the walk, we will show you how to use medicinal herbs in the kitchen, for example to create thirst-quenching drinks, which you will taste during a guided tasting session.

We will tell you secrets and anecdotes about the production techniques used on our small, environmentally friendly farm. You will also be able to taste natural wine, sauces, sweet compotes, oil and honey, all from our own production.

Outdoors and in the shade of trees, this experience will bring you closer to the world of wild herbs and capture the attention of both those who are already connoisseurs and those approaching the subject for the first time. Finally, inside the inn you can buy local products, including those tasted during the experience.
