The beating heart of this cooking class is the preparation of fresh pasta: skill and passion will transform simple and genuine ingredients into delicious dishes.

Expert hands will follow you through all the stages, from kneading and working the dough to the different techniques for rolling out the pastry and cooking sauces and fillings. A mouth-watering finale will not be missing: our cook will reveal the secrets for preparing one of the best-loved desserts, tiramisu, or the traditional Mantuan sbrisolona.
