In the chef's kitchen: a multi-sensory experience

Paolo, a renowned chef from Lake Garda, will welcome you within the walls of the historic kitchen of an 18th-century villa, a finely restored and charming farmhouse.

A unique place where you will have a social cooking experience, trying your hand at three local recipes, selected to make you appreciate the flavours, scents and colours of the Bel Paese and tasting the dishes as they are finished.

You will prepare a first and second course and a dessert from various parts of Italian culinary tradition. You will be the authors of the menu selected by the chef: you will plate and taste the dishes accompanied by a selection of wines from the farm, in an atmosphere that is both intimate and convivial.

The chef will reveal his secrets, tell you how the recipes he proposes came about and explain the origin of the products used as ingredients.

In a historic setting with old-world charm, you will share the joy of time spent discovering fine cuisine under the guidance of one of Lake Garda's best chefs.
